How to get the Gigaclear referral reward

Register before you order

  1. Open the referral link.

    Register your email address on the referral page before placing your Gigaclear order.

  2. Use the same email address.

    Your referral registration and broadband order must use the same email address.

  3. Order an eligible service.

    Choose a new Gigaclear order or pre-order available in a Gigaclear network area.

  4. Wait for the service to go live.

    You and the referrer must still be Gigaclear customers when the reward is issued.

  5. Claim the gift card.

    Gigaclear says the reward email is sent 40 days after your service goes live. Claim it within 90 days of the email.

Who can get the £40 gift card?

You must be aged 18 or over, live in the UK and not already be a Gigaclear customer. Your new order or pre-order must be for an address in a Gigaclear network area.

Gigaclear says the referral does not apply to its In Contract Offer or a free introductory offer. The company may change or withdraw the promotion, so check the live terms before ordering.
